If disconnected, you can still use it to track your sports, heart rate, sleep quality, check time/date, alarm clocks and other tools, except handling bluetooth calls and receiving notifications of call, text and messages.

Q: How do I set the time and language of the watch?

A: When you receive the watch, please install the specific app GloryFit, bind the watch to the app, then the time/date and language of the watch will automatically sync to the same one with your cell phone.
