*When the phone is locked, the software in the background will stop refreshing & running.*Go setting of phone, turn on the background App refresh to allow the FitCloudPro to refresh in the background.

Troubleshoot (3): won’t receive messages

*The smart notification function of the smart watch relies on the notification bar of the mobile phone to work.*Please check if you have allowed all the authorizations.

Troubleshoot (4): won’t track HR all the time

*EIGIIS K52 smart watch supports 24H full day heart rate monitoring.*You have to enable the function and set the time (00:00-23:59) on FitCloudPro App.

Troubleshoot (5): won’t add contacts

*Please do not add contacts directly on men smartwatch.*Please make sure your smartwatch is successfully connected to your phone, open the FitCloudPro App, click the favorite contacts to add contacts.
